Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
• You received the wrong item compared to your order.
• For non-perishable products (tools, pots, accessories), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Live plants are non-returnable due to their perishable nature, except if they arrive damaged or unhealthy.

Non-Returnable Items

• Live plants (unless damaged on arrival)
• Gift cards
• Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Process

• Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery for live plants, or 7 days for other items.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to your Original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged or incorrect, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement shipments will be sent at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns process.
